Terms & Conditions

• Students studying in college regular course are eligible to apply for this Hostel.
• Student who belong to below poverty line with good academic records can apply.
• The total family income should not exceed 3 lakhs per annum.
• GRT employees wards are not eligible to avail this Hostel, but GRT employee relative’s wards are permitted to avail this hostel.
• If applicant is a first graduate student of the family then he should produce government issued certificate.
• Eligible candidate’s application will be scrutinized and recommended by the GRT committee members through personal visit.
• College students will be expelled from the hostel if they engage in any disorderly act in public place, academic institute or in hostel.
• If the students fail in their semester exam they will have to vacate the hostel premises.
• After completion of every semester, the candidates should submit their academic performance report. (Mark sheets) to hostel warden within a week of publication.
• Students living in other districts away from Chennai (100kms) are eligible to apply.
• Influencing the GRT Committee through known sources is strictly prohibited.GRT employees deputed to these assignments are authorized to verify the genuineness of the candidate’s information.

விதிமுறைகள்

• முறைப்படியாகக் கல்லூரியில் படிக்கும் மாணவர்கள் மட்டுமே இந்த விடுதிக்கு விண்ணப்பிக்கத் தகுதியுடையவர்கள்.
• வறுமைக் கோட்டிற்குக் கீழுள்ள மற்றும் நல்ல கல்விப் பதிவுகளைக் கொண்ட மாணவர்கள் விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம்.
• குடும்பத்தின் மொத்த வருமானம் ஆண்டிற்கு 3 லட்சத்திற்கு மிகாமல் இருக்க வேண்டும்.
• GRT ஊழியர்களின் குழந்தைகள் விடுதியில் தங்கும் வாய்ப்பைப் பெற இயலாது. ஆனால் GRT ஊழியரின் உறவினர்களின் குழந்தைகள் விடுதி வேண்டி விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம்.
• விண்ணப்பதாரர் குடும்பத்தில் முதல் பட்டதாரி மாணவராக இருந்தால், அவர் அரசாங்கத்தால் வழங்கப்பட்ட சான்றிதழை சமர்ப்பிக்க வேண்டும்.
• தகுதியான விண்ணப்பதாரர்களின் விண்ணப்பங்கள் GRT குழுவால் நேரடியாக ஆய்வு செய்யப்பட்டு பரிந்துரைக்கப்படும்.
• கல்லூரி மாணவர்கள் பொது இடத்திலோ கல்வி நிறுவனத்திலோ விடுதியிலோ ஏதேனும் ஒழுங்கீனச் செயலில் ஈடுபட்டால் ஒழுங்கு நடவடிக்கையின் கீழ் விடுதியிலிருந்து வெளியேற்றப்படுவர்.
• மாணவர்கள் தங்கள் செமஸ்டர் தேர்வில் தோல்வியடைந்தால், அவர்கள் விடுதி வளாகத்தை காலி செய்ய வேண்டும்.
• ஒவ்வொரு பருவத் தேர்வையும் முடித்த பிறகு, மதிப்பெண் பட்டியலை பெற்றவுடன் ஒரு வாரத்திற்குள் விடுதி காப்பாளரிடம் சமர்ப்பிக்க வேண்டும்.
• சென்னையைத் தவிர பிற மாவட்டங்களைச் சேர்ந்த மாணவர்கள் விடுதிக்கு சென்னையிலிருந்து 100 கிலோமீட்டர் தொலைவில் இருப்பவர்கள் விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம்.
• சிபாரிசு கடிதத்துடன் வருவது கண்டிப்பாக ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்படாது.
• இந்தப் பணிகளுக்கு நியமிக்கப்பட்ட GRT ஊழியர்கள், விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் தகவலின் உண்மைத் தன்மையை சரிபார்க்க அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர்.
