GRT Endowment Scholarship Application Form

Terms & Conditions

• Students studying in college regular course are eligible to apply for this scholarship.
• Student who belong to below poverty line with good academic records can apply.
• The total family income should not exceed 5 lakhs per annum.
• GRT employee’s wards are not eligible to avail this scholarship, but GRT employee relative’s wards are allowed to avail this scholarship.
• This scholarship is not applicable to students admitted in our GRT Group of Institutions.
• Eligible candidate’s application will be scrutinized and recommended by the scholarship committee.
• Scholarship renewal will be rejected if students fail in any subject at university level of examinations or if they secure less than 70% of marks in the preceding year semester(s).
• Student’s first year college scholarship amount is based on the percentage they have secured in their HSC (XII Std.)
• Scholarship will be withdrawn for college students if they are involved in any disciplinary action either in public or in institution.
• On completion of every semester, the candidate should submit their academic performance report (mark sheets) to claim scholarship for next academic year within a week of publication of results.
• At any cost, the scholarship amount will not be provided in cash. This scholarship will be paid as Demand Draft in favour of institution.
• Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Andhra, Telangana & Karnataka candidates are eligible to apply for this scholarship. (If required they should submit nativity certificate)
• Influencing the scholarship committee through known sources is strictly prohibited.
• The students who are receiving Scholarship from any other Organization are not eligible to apply for the GRT Scholarship.
• We encourage all eligible students to carefully review the scholarship requirements and apply accordingly.
• GRT employees deputed to these assignments are authorized to verify the genuineness of the candidate’s information through personal visit.

விதிமுறைகள்

• முறைப் படியாகக் கல்லூரியில் படிக்கும் மாணவர்கள் இந்த உதவித் தொகைக்கு விண்ணப்பிக்கத் தகுதியுடையவர்கள்.
• வறுமைக் கோட்டிற்குக் கீழுள்ள மற்றும் நல்ல கல்விப் பதிவுகளைக் கொண்ட மாணவர்கள் விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம்.
• குடும்பத்தின் மொத்த வருமானம் ஆண்டிற்கு 5 லட்சத்திற்கு மிகாமல் இருக்க வேண்டும்.
• GRT ஊழியர்களின் குழந்தைகள் இந்த உதவித்தொகையைப் பெற இயலாது. ஆனால் GRT ஊழியரின் உறவினர்கள் குழந்தைகள் இந்த உதவித்தொகையைப் பெற அனுமதிக்கப் படுகின்றனர்.
• GRT நிறுவனத்தைச் சார்ந்த கல்லூரிகளில் பயிலும் மாணவர்களுக்கு இச்சலுகை பொருந்தாது.
• தகுதியான விண்ணப்பதாரர்களின் விண்ணப்பங்கள் ஸ்காலர்ஷிப் குழுவால் ஆய்வு செய்யப்பட்டு பரிந்துரைக்கப்படும்.
• பல்கலைக்கழக அளவிலான தேர்வுகளில் மாணவர்கள் ஏதேனும் ஒரு பாடத்தில் தோல்வியுற்றாலோ அல்லது பருவத் தேர்வுகளில் 70% க்கும் குறைவான மதிப்பெண்களைப் பெற்றாலோ உதவித்தொகை புதுப்பித்தல் நிராகரிக்கப்படும்.
• மாணவர்களின் முதலாம் ஆண்டு கல்லூரி உதவித்தொகை அவர்கள் HSC – (XII std.)இல் பெற்ற சதவீதத்தின் அடிப்படையில் உள்ளது.
• கல்லூரி மாணவர்கள் பொது இடத்திலோ அல்லது கல்வி நிறுவனத்திலோ ஏதேனும் ஒழுங்கீனச் செயலில் ஈடுபட்டால் அவர்களுக்கு உதவித்தொகை நிறுத்தப்படும்.
• ஒவ்வொரு பருவத் தேர்வு முடிந்ததும், தேர்வு முடிவுகள் வெளியிடப்பட்ட ஒரு வாரத்திற்குள் அடுத்த ஆண்டிற்கான உதவித்தொகையைப் பெற விண்ணப்பதாரர் தங்கள் கல்வி செயல்திறன் அறிக்கையை (மதிப்பெண் பட்டியல்) சமர்ப்பிக்க வேண்டும்.
• எந்த நிலையிலும், உதவித்தொகை ரொக்கமாக வழங்கப்பட மாட்டாது. இந்த உதவித்தொகை நிறுவனத்தின் சார்பாக டிமாண்ட் டிராஃப்டாக வழங்கப்படும.
• தமிழ்நாடு , புதுச்சேரி , ஆந்திரா. தெலுங்கானா மற்றும் கர்நாடகா மாணவர்கள் இந்த உதவித்தொகைக்கு விண்ணப்பிக்க தகுதியுடையவர்கள். (தேவைப்பட்டால் இருப்பிடச் சான்றிதழை சமர்ப்பிக்க வேண்டும்)
• சிபாரிசு கடிதத்துடன் வருவது கண்டிப்பாக ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்படாது
• வேறு நிறுவனத்திடமிருந்து உதவித்தொகை பெறும் மாணவர்கள் GRT உதவித்தொகையைப் பெறுவதற்கு விண்ணப்பிக்க இயலாது.
• தகுதியுள்ள அனைத்து மாணவர்களும் உதவித்தொகை தேவைகளை கவனமாக மதிப்பாய்வு செய்து அதற்கேற்ப விண்ணப்பிக்குமாறு கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறோம்.
• இந்தப் பணிகளுக்கு நியமிக்கப்பட்ட GRT ஊழியர்கள், விண்ணப்பதார்கள் தகவலின் உண்மைத் தன்மையை சரிபார்க்க அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர்.
